Terms of Service

EverywhereDev lets developers work on their projects from anywhere — browsing files, running a terminal, previewing changes, and using AI assistance — via our CLI, web dashboard, and managed cloud workspaces.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no infringing or malicious content, no attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users, and no use of the Service to build a competing product by copying it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You retain all rights to the code and content you bring to or create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We claim no ownership over your content.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by EverywhereDev and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, identity, payments, hosting, and email). Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverywhereDev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EverywhereDev is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
